Every monitor on the planet displays color a little differently. Procrastination is intentionally, habitually or unconsciously putting off something that you KNOW should be done today. To move to greatness, you must have contingency plans.
Branding is not a familiar concept to agents from the East or from the West. Another way to consider branding is the agent’s personal style or reputation. One other reason to consider branding is that the agent is indeed the primary representative of the company. Your personal brand is the image that comes into the customer’s mind when they think about you. Let’s spend a few moments considering why people or organizations would brand themselves.

To see how hastags work just do a twitter search for #CPA to tune into the conversation that CPAs are having. Facebook makes it easier. Just search for groups with appropriate interests and you’ll get access to plenty of other users. You’ll find tons of diverse groups with highly specialized interests. There are groups dedicated to start-up businesses, entrepreneurs, and just about every specific industry. You may also find some useful advice for running your business in groups dedicated to accounting. There’s health care for accountants, support groups, and firms that are shifting their business model to cloud computing.
25. Double your productivity by using a dictaphone. If you’ve never used one your own voice sounds strange at first but it takes only a week or so to get used to. Use the dictaphone for minutes of meetings, short notes when you’re travelling (but not driving, of course) and for first drafts of lengthy letters. Get someone else to transcribe the tapes.
So how do you know whether you are keeping track of the numbers the right way? Evaluate the chosen metric properly and see if you are getting the desired results. The results are the only way to know whether you are tracking your metrics properly or not. Have a plan and give it a time frame. See if you are getting the right numbers. If things are not going well, don’t think twice about changing your strategy until you find the right one that works for your organization.
