I learned years ago that successful agents sell differences rather than similarities. I’ve just come back from a 14-concert tour in Europe. But too often, a team starts to become like a bottle of pop that’s been shaken.
Speaking to large groups involves learned techniques and practice, practice, practice. If you haven’t stepped to the podium, you can. If you have been a featured speaker, you can get better.

What you want to do now is begin setting up your team. This is not something you want to skimp on. These are the professionals you are going to have to employ to get things going, experts whose opinions you will want to use. Your team will be able to see things that you cannot, because of its areas of expertise and because of its familiarity with the city. Your team members will be people in the industry and who have contact with the industry–such as lawyers, accountants and brokers.

22. Every week ask a colleague to take your calls for an hour so you can get something else done. You can reciprocate some other day or do some other task for that colleague that he/she hates doing.

You get the effects from the lights, showing you almost a kind of a hidden art, where you wouldn’t normally see these shadows and shapes of the drumsticks, what the drumsticks are making visually as they move.

I think that stands out as something that has been consistently through any people that I meet after the show. It’s that it’s been said to me an endless amount of times.

I can’t tell you how many hours I’ve spent on colors. Color is an important element of a website, but some folks just don’t get it. Every monitor on the planet displays color a little differently.

Looking back at all the points we have listed, you might think it is too difficult to include them all. You might think it is an ‘overkill approach’ to your invoice. However, always have this in mind; by making sure your invoice has all of the above components, you will upgrade it to your hardest working debt collecting helper.
