To be honest we aren’t talking about a huge increase in price by using a service that’s a little more reputable. And if your accountants are really that fragile they were probably going to take the plunge for some reason, so don’t be so hard on yourself!

How would we survive without our technology? Imagine how slow everything would be and how much “donkey work” we’d still be doing. Just think of the time we’d waste if we had to write complex reports without the word processor!

If the country wants a National HealthCare system then the money is there for it. I say the country because I believe that any budget increase of over 2% a year needs to be voted on in a general election. That’s right let’s limit those “smart” folks in Washington D.C. to no more than a 2% increase every year. Hey, it’s our surplus not theirs. Let it stack up until “we” are ready to spend it. Politicians would no longer get a blank check. They, like us in the real world, would be on a budget and be held accountable.

If a member of the audience nails you with a question you can’t answer, don’t be afraid to say, “I don’t know. I’ll have to look that up and get back to you.” Thrashing around for an answer–any answer–will be obvious to the audience and instantly kill your credibility.
