The accountants want to know what it will cost and how it will save them money. Top management wants to know how it will boost productivity and give the company an edge over the competition. So adjust your pitch as needed.

To be able to succeed in your efforts to establish your brand, reputation and image, pay more attention to your behaviours and less attention to your words. If you do this, you will become known for your brand and be recognized as a different kind of agent who can be trusted.
