I couldn’t agree with you any more. To see all these record stores in America shut down, it’s awful. Places you went to for years. The places where you got your records when you were young, or in college, they’re gone.

When a customer meets with an that agent is China Life. Regardless of what China Life has said in its advertisements, you are China Life. If my experience with you is positive, then I attach a positive image to the China Life brand. If the experience is negative, then the brand image is negative. So what can we do to develop a positive brand image or reputation?

It’s not accountants necessarily one incident that created so much tension inside the office. Stress accumulates over time and if people hold onto too much of it, the “pressure” created will eventually affect your organization. As a leader you need to be aware if this is making your team less productive, more likely to lose focus on your big picture goals, and force you to referee lots of arguments.

So you see things that you normally wouldn’t see with the naked eye. It’s definitely a new art form. It’s a hidden art form, and that’s basically how it’s constructed.

So how do you know whether you are keeping track of the numbers the right way? Evaluate the chosen metric properly and see if you are getting the desired results. The results are the only way to know whether you are tracking your metrics properly or not. Have a plan and give it a time frame. See if you are getting the right numbers. If things are not going well, don’t think twice about changing your strategy until you find the right one that works for your organization.
