Metal Guitar Scale – 4 Killer Scales That Will Assuault Your Ear Drums
A: I think it was designed by Jeremy and/or his brother Dave Pelligrin. Now he’s got more of a three piece project and I’m going to go see him tomorrow. That’s probably why I’ve been ignoring it in favor of techno.
Alternative Music. Does anyone know exactly what it really is? The term ‘alternative music’ seems to cover such a broad spectrum of musical genres, it’s really hard these days to say what really is alternative music.
Albany isn’t an easy scene for metal, with the overwhelming number of hardcore acts in Albany and Troy, but Of Gods and Destroyers makes that work for them, through musical ingenuity and distance from the scene. “It’s weird, man,” Crossett said. “We’re just metal enough for the metal fans and just hardcore enough for the hardcore kids. We’re always walking that line.” The band is still looking for more shows, though. “I don’t know, the scene in Albany, there are some bigger shows we wish we could get on, we play the shows we can get, but we just have to keep sticking with it,” said Crossett.

After that, the band is locking themselves in a studio and commence on the recording of the band’s sixth album, due out at some point next year.
The show opened on the Hot Topic stage with death metal band White Chapel. Although they got the crowd going with the first Wall of Death most pit, they were pretty disappointing.
Next we turn to the Billboard Charts. The top of the Alternative Chart for the week ending September 22, 2012, included fun., Alex Clare, The Lumineers, Mumford & Sons, and Muse. In listening, I found two of these with a heavy country/bluegrass influence, and two with a generic soft-pop sound. Only one seems to fit into what the original alternative genre started out as.
These tips for planning a bachelorette party will help the bride and her party all have a blast without all of the drama that tends to be associated worth these types of parties.
