Was it difficult to have all of that Emerson, Lake and Palmer music transcribed from keyboards to guitar, so that you would be able to play those arrangements with your current band? It’s very detailed, especially the guitar parts. That must have taken forever to do, and then to write all that out, and then to score it.
And I’m happy to take a photo, as long as there’s not a flash involved. The only thing I request is really no hand-shaking, because my hand gets rather tired, and people tend to squeeze your hand rather hard.
The truth is that most successful people are permanent learners. They always want to learn new things that will give them new ideas as well as new insights into how things are done.
If a member of the audience nails you with a question you can’t answer, don’t be afraid to say, “I don’t know. I’ll have to look that up and get back to you.” Thrashing around for an answer–any answer–will be obvious to the audience and instantly kill your credibility.
